I offer piano lessons for all ages and abilities at my home studio in Waynesboro, GA (near Waynesboro Country Club). Private lessons can be 30 or 60 minutes in length. For children I recommend meeting weekly; for adults we can discuss scheduling. My rate is $30 per 60-minute lesson. I have taught children ages 5-16, and many adults of varying abilities.
I do not use a specific method or method books. My lessons are tailored to the individual student and include theory, technique and repertoire. We can also add sight-reading, if desired. My lessons are structured to the individual student's ability and orientation to the keyboard and depend on one's prior training.
I am able to record the student's lessons on CD, if desired. I have both a Steinway "B" (7') grand piano and Baldwin 5' baby grand piano.
